At That's Sew Brandy, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a replacement for items within 30 business days of purchase, provided the items have not been washed or worn. However, please be aware that if you return an item for replacement, we cannot guarantee that the replacement will be in the same print as the original item. Our prints are limited and may sell out quickly. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement from our available stock.
Please note the following conditions:

1. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will not be covered by That's Sew Brandy. The original shipping cost is also non-refundable.
2. Refunds: Full refunds of the product cost and applicable tax (minus a 20% restocking fee) will be issued within 3-5 business days upon receipt and inspection of the return.
3. Lost in Shipping: In the unfortunate event that your product is lost in shipping, we will replace the product for cost of shipping.
4. Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns of items that have been washed or worn.
